Founding DevOps Engineer

About the Role

As a Founding DevOps Engineer at Cenna, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our agentic security services platform. You'll work closely with the engineering team to ensure our security platform is scalable, reliable, and secure, enabling AI agents to effectively protect our customers' digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage our infrastructure using security best practices
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of security services
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions for security operations
• Optimize application performance and resource utilization for AI-driven security workloads
• Ensure system security and compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes for security components
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues in a security-focused environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
• Strong experience with container orchestration platforms, especially Kubernetes
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools

Nice to Have

• Experience with security tooling and practices
• Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure requirements
• Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements
• Experience with GitOps workflows
• Background in software development
• Experience working in a startup environment
