About the Role
As a Founding Full Stack Engineer at Cenna, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our cutting-edge agentic services platform. Working across the entire stack, you will design, build, and deploy core features, driving the technical vision of our AI-powered products from inception to scale.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop innovative features for our agentic services platform
- Create seamless, responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
- Build scalable, secure backend services and APIs to power platform functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and AI-driven solution standards
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote engineering best practices
- Partner with product management to translate requirements into impactful solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack development experience
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React, Next.js, or similar
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Go
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and application security
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or agentic systems
- Experience with cybersecurity tools or frameworks
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Prior experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
