Information we collect

When you contact us or request a demo, we collect the details you give us: your name, work email, company name, and anything you write in the message. When you visit the site, we also collect standard usage data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to you, to provide, maintain, and improve our services, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

When you first visit, we ask which cookies we may use. Only essential cookies, which remember your choice and keep the site secure, are set without your agreement. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

If you allow analytics, we load Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics. Google Analytics tells us how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and how they move through the site. It sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf; we use it only in aggregate and never to identify you personally. You can also opt out with theGoogle Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Visitor identification

If you allow visitor identification, we load a script from RB2B, a visitor identification service. RB2B uses your IP address and cookies to work out the company you are browsing from and, for visitors in the United States, may match the visit to a business profile such as your name, job title, and LinkedIn profile. We use this only to follow up about Cenna. If you decline, the RB2B script is never loaded and we do not keep your IP address.

How we share it

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and our services, including the analytics and visitor identification providers named above, when the law requires it, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described here, or as the law requires. After that, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, along with access controls and authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. Email us at privacy@cenna.io and we will help.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a revised effective date.
