Common questions

Whose cloud bill is this?

Yours. Because applications run in your own account, this reads your actual cloud usage and attributes it back to each app — it is not a Cenna markup.

How is cloud cost attributed to an app?

By the resources each application's deployment creates and tags. Fargate, Postgres, cache, storage, and network for one app roll up under that app.

Does it cover both AWS and Google Cloud?

Yes. Spend is reported by target, so an app running on AWS and another on Google Cloud show up in the same view, each under its own cloud.

Can we see cost per environment?

Yes. Staging and production are separate deployments, so a load test in staging never hides inside the production bill.
