Whose playbook does it use?
Yours. The application reviews against the playbook you load, so "off-standard" means off your standard, not a generic one. You can maintain the playbook without an engineer.
Where do our contracts live?
In your own cloud account and your own document store. The application connects to SharePoint or your library with a read scope; nothing is copied to Cenna.
Can we change how it reviews?
